We are currently working in connection with our Client to recruit a First Line Support Officer for their Belfast based business. Full-time, temporary position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum.

Main duties include:

  • Answering, triage and logging of calls
  • Resetting and updating of Outlook profiles
  • Reconfiguring mobile phones to receive email as per instructions
  • Checking user profiles
  • Checking and assigning Office 365 service licenses
  • Identifying desktop environment/Citrix and providing remote support
  • Reassigning shared email calendar/mailbox permissions

Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience of supporting Office365
