This role will involve;
Conducting observations of the punctuality of trains and buses.
Conducting short face-to-face customer satisfaction surveys with customers of Translink services.
Observing conditions at stations and on trains.
Candidates need to be confident about approaching and engaging with members of the public.
Candidates need to be able to travel for substantial periods on public transport and should, therefore, consider carefully whether they suffer from any form of motion sickness. Unfortunately, we can only consider those who can travel on both buses and trains.
