We are working closely with our well establised Client to engage a Virtual Video Appointment Process - Clinical Support candidate with immediate effect.

  • Reporting to the Back Office Team Project Manager; the Virtual Video Appointment Process - Clinical Support will work in partnership and report to the Back-Office Team PM. 
  • Responsible for  ensuring the implementation of tasks is completed for the successful delivery of the required outcomes, including any required appropriate governance, monitoring progress ensuring the business readiness for change. 
  • Work in partnership within our booking office and PAS support teams. 
  • Ensuring that all clinical setup and related activities including the delivery of any training for staff is completed in line with overall project plans.
  • Establishing and managing assigned project scope of work to be delivered.
  • Design and delivery of assigned tasks to deliver change by leading cross functional teams
  • throughout the business to implement change and deliver new technology or business
  • processes.
  • Planning, assessment and prioritisation of tasks to be delivered, maintain and manage overall
  • progress, managing delivery expectations, highlighting key dependencies, blockers, potential
  • pressure points and key milestones.
  • Communications & Stakeholder Management, identify and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure stakeholder interests are identified, addressed and buy-in across large and often diverse groups is achieved.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and developing working best practices, for self and others within the project management community
  • Dependency Management where required.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties which are appropriate to the post and may be reasonably requested by the supervisor

Essential:

  • Recent experience of managing and supporting business improvement change projects
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 platform technology apps and services

Desirable:

  • Working within Healthcare environment experience
  • Degree qualified
  • Prince 2 qualified
  • Working knowledge of Prosci or equivalent school of change management
