Working closely with our long standing client, we are recruiting for a Finance/Mortgage Administrator.

  • The successful applicant will focus on assisting to provide highly professional administrative support to clients, from initial introduction to completion.
  • You will ensure required documentation is received and processed within a timely manner.
  • Proactively glean information from lenders and providers to gain an insight into the current status of the application.
  • Prepare client documentation prior to submitting to lenders.
  • Comply with various internal and also FCA regulation.
  • Maintain and record documentation confidentially and securely.
  • General reception duties, meeting and greeting clients in the branch, booking appointments over the phone and also liaising with lenders.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A minimum of 1 years finance/mortgage administration experience.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
